Finetrek wanted a modern and flexible e-commerce solution that would enable more efficient product management and save employees’ time by reducing repetitive inquiries. Additionally, they sought to automate key business processes to gain a competitive advantage.
A specific requirement was a minimalist design for the online store, ensuring that Finetrek’s customers could place orders conveniently without unnecessary distractions.
Solution
Finetrek’s e-commerce solution was built on Lumavi B2B platform, ensuring full real-time integration between ERP and the e-store. In addition to standard B2B ordering features, the following solutions were implemented:

- Business Customer Registration: A self-registration solution for B2B customers without additional approval, including a two-way integration with Erply.
- Advanced Filtering System: Enables product searches based on filters, including stock availability and discounts.
- Real-time Notifications: Finetrek employees receive automatic notifications about orders, registrations, and inquiries.
- Enhanced Search Functionality:A synonym-supported search that allows finding products by name, SKU, and industry-specific terms

Result
Finetrek’s new e-commerce solution provides customers with a seamless and efficient shopping experience while automating multiple business processes. The management of the e-store and ERP is centralized, eliminating the need for additional training for Finetrek’s team.
